I love using this weathered hoop. This is the easiest way I 've ever been able to exercise! Every day I put it with TV or podcast and fitness equipment makes my heart work like no other. I bought it in early May and as the end of June, I lost two inches in size. I'll say it takes a minute to understand and find your perfect link length, but once I did, I did not stop. Highly recommend!

It was something my wife asked me to buy for her. After seeing her use and sweat, I thought I was going to try it. This gives you a workout that you would not believe, my only complaint is that it is pink (at the choice of my wife), I just close the blinds so that my neighbors are not disturbed by a great man swinging to do exercise. I would really recommend it to anyone who wants to start making hoop with weight!

I bought this hoop with weight after seeing a group of women use it to do exercise. I wasn't sure it would be really hard as training, but I loved hula hoop when I was a kid. It was super easy to put on and I really liked using gym equipment every day. I really feel like I'm gaining some basic strength thanks to continuous use over the last two weeks. I 've been to swaym Dvara, karystayyuchyya gatym, Kalya palivaў, and ў myani was a little old. I 've been doing a lot of work. I have been balyuchs of the offensive diniy, Ale I was born and saprashda pratsavavazad over gatym. If you want me to take care of you, I'll take care of you. Lol

I can not lie that I this anywhere have seen and thought it a fun and easy way looks to move. It came early on as I ausnahm and was very beautifully packaged. And came with instructions to assemble and remove the parts. Its higher quality than I expected, worüber I really am happy. It was difficult to use it, as I thought, lol! It is "work", this weight keep running, so I see how it works. I am working to 30-minuten-marke, but I have a bit more fun, as I think that I it when exercise should! If you looking for a space-saving, entertaining and easy-to-use training are, I would say try it!

I like this with weight hula hoop very much. Although it is difficult for me to finish 30 minutes in one go, I will be there soon. I think I did proper exercise the next day. This is perfect, and there is no harm in turning the hula hoop. I use this gym equipment to exercise in my spare time at home, and it doesn't take up much space for me. Wow!
